PRE ORDER DETAILS
- All orders taken before 11/01/18 are PRE- ORDERS. We aim to dispatch your order the first week of November, though this may vary depending on manufacturers delivery times, the workload of our warehouse, public holidays and/or other fators.
- If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch with our customer support team.
- If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately via email or Live Chat through our site. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
- In areas where our carriers does not deliver we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can: email@example.com
- If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for DHL to deliver to the correct location.
NOTE: We cannot send orders to PO Boxes or Locked Bags. Your order will not be sent if you enter a PO Box or Locked Bag address in the shipping details.
