If you obtain a discount voucher and do not receive it via email, please check your spam folder or junk email as they can be redirected there. Alternatively, please get in touch with our customer support team or via LiveChat through our site if you have any questions or issues before an order is processed, as we cannot refund or reimburse a discount voucher amount once an order has been placed.

All products purchased during online promotions with the use of a discount code, are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion. These Terms and Conditions are outlined on and/or our promotional emails at the time of the promotion and by purchasing with the nominated discount code you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.


If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.


After an order has been transferred over to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on Chase West U.S.A. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded. Please note that shipments containing watches are insured and if such a shipment is deemed lost by the Carrier, it will be replaced. Orders containing only straps/bracelets (with a value under $100) are sent uninsured.
